Do I need a partner to join a class?

Not at all. Most of our classes use partner rotation, so coming solo is completely normal.

I have never danced before - is kizomba hard to learn?

Kizomba is approachable for beginners, and our beginner track is designed for people with no dance background.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing and flat or low-heeled shoes with a smooth sole.

What's the difference between kizomba, semba, and urban kiz?

Semba is the traditional Angolan dance, kizomba is slower and connection-focused, and urban kiz is a modern dynamic style.

Can I watch before signing up?

Yes, you are welcome to join our social dance session before signing up for a workshop for Beginners

Can I cancel or pause my membership anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel or pause from your account.

Do unused classes roll over to the next month?

Starter plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, mobile money, and bank transfer.

Can I change my plan mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from your next billing date.

Do you offer student or group discounts?

Yes. Contact our team with valid student ID or group details for available rates.

How do I book a class or event?

Open the Schedule page, select an available session, and confirm your booking.

What happens if a class is full?

Join the waitlist and you will be notified automatically if a spot opens.

Can I get a refund if I miss a class?

Cancel at least 12 hours before class to have your credit returned. No-shows are not refunded.

How far in advance can I book an event?

Ticketed events usually open six to eight weeks ahead, and early booking is recommended.

What should I do if I cannot log in?

Reset your password first, then contact support with the email on your account if you still need help.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes. Contact the team with your booking reference and the new attendee details at least 24 hours before class.
